At Radhe Radhe Puja & Décor, we want your shopping experience to be clear and hassle-free. Please read our policies carefully, as they differ for online and in-store purchases.

 


 

 

🏪 In-Store Purchases

 

 

  • All in-store purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 calendar days of purchase and only for products that are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.

 

 


 

 

🌐 Online Orders

 


We understand that shopping online can be uncertain, so we offer a limited return and exchange policy for your peace of mind.


 

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

 

 

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot process a return or exchange.

 


 

✅ Return Conditions

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • You must use the same box or packaging it was shipped in

  • You must pay for return shipping

  • A return must be approved by our team in advance via email or phone

 


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price, tax, and original shipping cost (if applicable).


 

🔄 Online Exchanges

 


If you want to exchange an online order:

 

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange

  2. Once approved, send the item back (you pay return shipping)

  3. Once received and inspected, you may place a new order for the desired item

 

 


 

 

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately:

 

  • Send an email to info@radheradhe.ca or call us at +1 (647) 479-8837

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will review and offer either a replacement or refund, based on your preference

 

 


 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are final sale and non-returnable (online or in-store):

 

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Fresh flowers or perishable items (e.g., garlands)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged items not in original packaging

 

 


 

 

🌍 European Union Orders

 


For customers in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

 


 

 

💳 Refund Processing

 


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.


If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
